Intervention No. 05 was the final installation in a series of works investigating gentrification in Portland, OR.
On May 5, 2016 at noon, the flag on top of PNCA's 511 Building was replaced with the Freestyle Art flag proclaiming "Stop Gentrification".
Later that evening, windows of the library were transformed into a live stream in which audiences could use the hashtag #freestylepdx to voice their thoughts on gentrification.
